Today I went to ‘Hidakaya’ known to everyone in Kinshicho North Exit on my way home from work.

It is generally recognized as a Chinese restaurant, but the menu for a “Drunk Man” is also substantial, you can drink from noon! They have Hoppy..
It is passed through the counter seat and ordered with a touch panel.Hoppy white set, dumplings(gyoza), macaroni salad.
When you look around the store, you can see a figure of a single male customer eating a set meal(teishoku) at the counter, a figure enjoying dinner with a family at the table seat in the back, a figure enjoying dinner with a family, a figure. You can see any “good drunk uncle” enjoying the drink.It is like a microcosm of Kinshicho.

I always have been eating dumplings(gyoza) with vinegar and salt and pepper for the past few years. Anyway, the dumplings(gyoza) are delicious no matter how you eat them.
By the way, the gentleman who came later ordered ‘Gyoza well grilled’. I did not know such options.. It will be a study.
While flowing the dumplings with hoppy, oops, the glass was accidentally empty, so ordered extra shochu(naka). Provided in plastic cups.
The gentleman next door ordered a large serving of rice with meat and vege stir-fried set meal(niku yasai itame teishoku, gohan oomori). It is heavy at night but looks good for lunch.I want to try it next time.
It goes well with gyoza. Pour the remaining dumplings in hoppy and leave the shop.
It was really reasonable, taste good. I must say, hidakaya is one of the good cost-beneficial sakaba, GOOD ROI…
When I checked later, this store is open 24 hours a day, and it is no longer a good life infrastructure of for any “Drunk Uncle”.
When I left Hidakaya, the object was still there.
