Today I went to “Tachinomi Fuku” in Hiroshima on my way home from work.
Hiroshima is a city that makes you drink everywhere… There’s sake as you walk through the city, cup sake on the bus to the airport, and local sake at the airport… If you buy a “Momiman” as a souvenir, you’ll end up at “Tachinomiki Fuku”. This is the very last, finale, and we should really end it here, because there’s no end to it…

Well, the appearance of the store is a normal, clean bar. Nothing unusual.
Looking at the menu… I know what this taste is… It’s part of the Fukumotoya chain… Who would have thought it would have expanded all the way to Hiroshima Airport… The day before, I also went to Kakuuchi Fukumotoya at Hiroshima Station, so by mistake, I ended up visiting a branch of the chain two days in a row. I’m pretty much on a regular rotation.
Adult drinks… I can only see the “Sake tasting set”… Should I go for the “heavy dry” one? For snacks, Otsumami will have special potato salad and oden. Let’s enjoy the marriage (cooking in the mouth) with ponshu.
