Senbero drinking in long-established ramen shop chain.
Please let me drink as I please for tonight…
Hi, it’s “Drunk Uncle”!
Today I went to “Sapporo Ramen Dosanko” in Kure on my way home from work.
After drinking at a few bars in Kure, I was led by a very somber look with a Showa era vibe and accidentally entered this bar with its distinctive pelican logo. By the way, “Drunk Uncle” lived in Hokkaido for about four years when I was a child, so he feels like a “Hokkaido native(dosanko)”…
The “Kurechudori 4-chome branch” seems to have been closed and vacant for a long time, but has recently been revived and reopened. “Sapporo Ramen Dosanko Kurehondori branch” also exists in the narrow town of Kure, and “Kurechudori 4-chome branch” is not listed on Dosanko’s official website, so I wonder if there is something special issues going on…
Unfortunately, after doing some research, it seems that “Sapporo Ramen Dosanko” no longer has a shop in Hokkaido, and the company that was founded has already been absorbed into another company. Is this also a trend of the times?

Speaking of “Dosanko Ramen”, this red sign is a landmark. It has an impact. This shop has a menu outside and is appealing to drunken customers passing by.

Enter the shop. This is a ramen shop, so it’s not an izakaya, nor is it a traditional bar.
Even so, I still don’t drink enough alcohol. I ordered gyoza and local sake “Hanahato” at the counter.
According to the official website, from the spring of 2017, the specifications have been changed from honjozo(good one) to regular sake. As “Drunk Uncle”who hates lies, they are highly praised for their willingness to disclose the fact that the specifications of sake have been downgraded.

Sake is brought to you. Whether it’s a special selection or a high-quality sake, most of the sake is good.
After having a shot, I wandered in the shop until the gyoza arrived.

There are other things to see besides the ramen, such as a signboard with a strong message and a mysterious wooden carving of “Shakushine”.

And when you think of ramen shops, you think of manga, and when you think of manga, you think of “Salaryman Kintaro”. Honestly, I would have liked any of them, but I decided to pick up volume 28 for the first time in a while. Gyoza also came. The taste is usually good. It’s not bad if you read the manga for the first time in a while. I think it was because there was no vinegar, but I didn’t eat it with the usual vinegar and pepper style, but I can’t remember because of memory loss caused by alcohol. However, I was satisfied with the triangular meal (dead word) of “gyoza, sake, and manga”, just like “my room, Y-shirt, and myself” in old Japanese song…
It was a somewhat interesting store, with its appearance, interior design, and accessories.
After finishing all the sake, I left “Dosanko” and went home early because I had to work tomorrow.

On the way, I found the “Fuji-san” sign painted on the curtain of the Fuji-san stall I had visited before. This looks like a store-style shop called “Sakedokoro Fuji-san”. I didn’t know what it was, but I was so happy that I discovered it on my own and headed home.
Next time, if I have a chance, I’ll try a store instead of a food stall.
